Delta Health Care is a charitable, not-for-profit (501(c)(3) community based organization. Our primary purpose is to provide a variety of community services and programs for low-income pregnant women, breastfeeding women, infants and children under the age of five, and comprehensive health services to students at three high schools.
Our mission at Delta Health Care is to promote health and wellness in our community and provide services that support individuals and families of San Joaquin County in reaching their full health potential.
